Terms and Conditions

By playing on Shaiya Spectres Of Mystra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Server. By registering or playing, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


2. Account Registration and Responsibility

  • Account Creation: To access the Server, you must create an account with accurate information. You may link your account to third-party platforms (e.g., Discord) for authentication, subject to their terms.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access via Discord.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is prohibited and may result in a ban.


3. Gameplay and Conduct

  • Game Rules: Players must follow the Server’s rules, available at Game Rules. Violations, such as cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs, may result in temporary or permanent bans.
  • Fair Play: Use of third-party software (e.g., bots, hacks) to manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited. The Server uses anti-cheat measures to detect and prevent tampering.
  • Respectful Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior toward other players or staff is not allowed. Violations may lead to warnings, mutes, or bans.


4. Donations and Virtual Currency

  • Voluntary Donations: Donations support the Server’s operation and are non-refundable.
  • Virtual Currency: Donations may grant in-game currency (e.g., Spectre Coin) or items, which are virtual and have no real-world value. These cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for cash.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes is prohibited and may result in account suspension, removal of virtual currency.
  • Donation Use: Donations are used at our discretion to maintain and improve the Server, unless specified for a particular purpose (e.g., event rewards).


5. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect basic user information (e.g., IP address, username, email, gameplay logs) to operate the Server, prevent fraud, and enhance user experience.
  • Third-Party Services: If you link your account to third-party platforms, their privacy policies apply to data shared with them.
  • Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that no online service is entirely secure.


6. Intellectual Property

  • Game Content: All game assets, including graphics, code, and music, are owned by their respective creators or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Server content without permission.
  • User Content: By posting content (e.g., forum posts, in-game chat), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or modify it for Server purposes.


7. Termination and Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or game rules. You may terminate your account by contacting via Discord. Upon termination, you lose access to all account-related data, including virtual items, with no compensation.



8. Limitation of Liability

The Server is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Server, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions. We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) or their failures.
