By playing on Shaiya Spectres Of Mystra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these rules.

Account Sharing / Trading

  • Account sharing or trading is strictly prohibited.
  • The Staff Team is not responsible for any issues arising from sharing your account.
  • Selling or buying accounts, items, or services is not allowed.


Account Names

  • Display names and other publicly visible names must not contain vulgar, obscene, or offensive words.
  • Creating accounts or characters to reserve names and prevent others from using them is strictly forbidden.
  • Names violating this rule will be changed to a generic name.


Harassment

  • Any form of harassment toward players or staff members is prohibited.
  • Do not act in a way that deliberately harms the enjoyment of other players.


Scamming

  • Scamming is a serious offense. If you have been scammed, submit a ticket on the support page for investigation.


Kill Stealing

  • Kill stealing mobs is strictly prohibited.


Spying

  • Creating an account on the opposing faction to spy on trade chat or other gameplay aspects is strictly prohibited.


Guards / Safe Zone

  • Killing behind guards in any safe zone is strictly prohibited.


Announcements

  • All boss raids must be announced in trade chat as soon as the boss is found.


Multiple Characters

  • Logging into two accounts is allowed, but both must be on the same faction.
  • Joining a boss raid with two or more characters is not allowed.
  • Joining a PvP raid with two or more characters is not allowed.
  • A raid or party in a PvP area is considered a PvP raid/party.


Language

  • The main language is English. Use English in public chat channels (normal, trade, area, PvP raid).


Impersonation

  • Impersonating any player or staff member is strictly prohibited.


Advertising

  • Advertising other Shaiya servers in any chat is strictly prohibited.


Join Mode

All raids must be open at all times, except:

  • When a raid member disconnects, the raid can be closed for 3 minutes to allow them to rejoin.
  • When the raid is killing a boss outside of PvP and the boss's health is below 50%. Join mode must be set back to auto if the boss resets or dies.
  • When the raid's purpose is farming inside an instance map.


Loot Mode

Raid loot mode must be adjusted depending on the situation, as follows:

  • Public raids (PvP, boss, or farm) must use group loot.
  • Private raid loot mode is at the discretion of the raid leader.


Kicking

Kicking active raid members is strictly forbidden, unless:

  • The raid member is causing drama.
  • The raid member is rejoining deliberately to gain loot priority.
  • The raid member is AFK for longer than 2 minutes after a warning by the leader.
  • The raid member is not in the designated boss or PvP area for longer than 1 minute after a warning by the leader.
  • The raid member lacks decent equipment to compete for the boss.
  • The raid member does not meet the level requirement for PvP bosses: Level 60+ (Kimuraku, Seraphim, Dios).
  • The raid member is not following raid commands.
